AUTHORITY’s Software definition

AUTHORITY’s Software means the programmes and codes the IPR in which:

AUTHORITY’s Software means the software (including any software which is embedded in AUTHORITY’s assets) and databases in which the AUTHORITY owns the Intellectual Property Rights, or is licensed to the AUTHORITY, and which are made available by the AUTHORITY to the CONTRACTOR to perform the Services.

Related to AUTHORITY’s Software

  • Authority Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Authority, including software which is, or will be used by the Contractor for the purpose of providing the Services but excluding the Contractor Software.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Business Software means all Software owned by or developed by a Seller for or in connection with the Business.
