Author User definition

Author User the employees, agents and contractors of the Client or a member of its Group who are authorised by the Client to access, use and develop Client Content on the Rainbird Platform subject to and in accordance with the terms of this agreement, and such number of permitted Author Users shall be as set out in the Contract Details (together with any additional Author Users purchased by the Client from time to time).

Related to Author User

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.
