AT&T-COMCAST MERGER has the meaning set forth in the Restructuring Agreement.
AT&T-COMCAST MERGER means the transactions contemplated by the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of December 19, 2001, as amended from time to time, by and among AT&T Corp., a New York corporation, Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation, AT&T Comcast and other related parties.
