Assignees definition

Assignees has the meaning specified in Section 10.07(b).
Assignees is another legal term which means another person that has received the benefit of something we have transferred to them (for example, an ‘assignee’ could be someone we may transfer the benefit of the rights we have under this Agreement).
Assignees means the collective reference to all Assignees.
