Assigned Related DOCA Claims means claims of each Related DOCA Company that are assigned to the Deed Company on the Restructuring Effective Date pursuant to clause 9 (Assignment of Assigned Claims) of each Related DOCA;

Related to Assigned Related DOCA Claims

  • Released PAGA Claims means the claims being released as described in Paragraph 6.2 below.

  • Employee assigned to the contract means an employee who was hired after November 6, 1986, who is directly performing work, in the United States. An employee is not considered to be directly performing work under a contract if the employee—

  • Assigned Rights means all of the Borrower’s rights, easements, privileges, tenements, hereditaments, contracts, claims, licenses or other interests, whether presently existing or arising in the future. The Assigned Rights include all of the Borrower’s rights in and to:

  • Excluded Obligations has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.

For the avoidance of doubt, Reference Obligations with minor technical violations, which in each case Xxxxxxx Mac determines to be acceptable Reference Obligations, may not result in an Unconfirmed Servicing Defect.

  • Unassigned Rights means the Governmental Lender’s rights to reimbursement and payment of its fees, costs and expenses and the Rebate Amount under Section 2.5 of the Borrower Loan Agreement, its rights to attorneys’ fees under Sections 5.11, 5.13, 5.14 and 5.15 thereof, its rights to indemnification under Sections 5.15 and 9.1.4 thereof, its rights of access under Section 5.17 thereof, its rights to receive notices, reports and other statements and its rights to consent to certain matters, including but not limited to its right to consent to amendments to this Funding Loan Agreement, the Borrower Loan Agreement and the Regulatory Agreement, and otherwise as provided in this Funding Loan Agreement and the Borrower Loan Agreement and the Governmental Lender’s indemnification, consent and enforcement rights and rights to payment of fees, costs and expenses under the Regulatory Agreement.

  • Related Claims means all Claims for Wrongful Acts that have as a common nexus any fact, circumstance, situation, event, transaction, cause or series of related facts, circumstances, situations, events, transactions or causes.

  • Senior Higher Priority Liabilities means any obligations in respect of principal of the Issuer under any Notes and any other unsecured and unsubordinated obligations (créditos ordinarios) of the Issuer, other than the Senior Non Preferred Liabilities; and

  • Apportioned Obligations has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(b).

  • Related Party Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19 herein.

  • Credit Improved Obligation means any Collateral Debt Obligation which, in the Investment Manager’s judgment, has significantly improved in credit quality and in respect of which one of the following is satisfied:
