Assigned Data definition

Assigned Data means all chemistry, manufacturing, in vitro, in vivo, pre-clinical and clinical data, protocols and methods, or interests therein, related to the Products that are owned or controlled by the Seller or any of its Affiliates as of the Agreement Date.
Assigned Data has the meaning set forth in Section 1.9(b) hereof.
Assigned Data means solely the items described on Exhibit B, which, for the avoidance of doubt, do not include any contractual obligations.

Assigned Data has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b).
Assigned Data means (a) all data and results of any research, preclinical, clinical, stability, toxicology or other study of any Compound conducted by or on behalf of Seller, and (b) all Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) or other manufacturing (including process development) data generated by or on behalf of Seller.

Related to Assigned Data

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Deidentified data means data that:

  • Excluded Data means: (i) data that is classified, used on the U.S. Munitions list (including software and technical data); or both; (ii) articles, services, and related technical data designated as defense articles and defense services; (iii) ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) released data; and (iv) personally identifiable information that is subject to heightened security requirements as a result of Partner or End User’s internal policies or practices, industry-specific standards or by law.

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement. Examples of subject data include, but are not limited to computer software, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and associated lists, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, catalog item identifications, and related information, but do not include financial reports, cost analyses, or other similar information used for performance or administration of the Underlying Agreement.
