ASP Software definition

ASP Software means BroadVision One-to-One Enterprise, One-to-One Publishing, One-to-One Business Commerce, and One-to-One InfoExchange (Up to Version 5.5). For purposes of this section, "ASP Software" shall only include BroadVision software products available as of the date of this Agreement, together with subsequent releases, new versions or replacements of those products, including software as are normally provided pursuant to BroadVision's standard software maintenance obligations.

ASP Software means the computer programs including documentation relating thereto, all updates and new releases thereof, which the ASP licenses or owns and which will be used by ASP in performing service obligations and does not include software licensed by Bank.

Examples of ASP Software in a sentence

  • ASP agrees not to distribute the Software other than in computer readable form as part of an ASP Software Package under the ASP Program within the Territory.

  • ASP shall not rent the Software or ASP Software Packages or knowingly distribute or resell to anyone who infringes COREL's rights.

  • ASP shall provide all support for Customers utilizing the ASP System to access ASP Software Packages.

  • TRX shall have no responsibility to run the Software on WORLDTRAVEL’s behalf, provide data or results received as a result of running the ASP Software or provide hardware or software of any kind to enable WORLDTRAVEL to utilize the ASP Software.

  • Such Customer Software support shall in no way apply to Customers access to or use of the ASP Software Package, the ASP Program or ASP System.

  • WORLDTRAVEL is granted a non-assignable, nontransferable and non-exclusive, limited license to access the ASP Software through TRX’s Data Center and, in doing so, use the ASP Software solely for WORLDTRAVEL’s internal business purposes.

  • ASP shall distribute the Software only in the form provided ------------ by COREL as part of an ASP Software Package and shall not alter the Software or End User License Agreement or any part thereof, COREL retains the right to specify and approve the quality and standards of the Software and to inspect samples of such Software from time to time.

  • ASP shall immediately discontinue all access to ASP System and electronic access to Software or ASP Software Packages by Customers who rent same or infringe COREL's rights.

  • The Fidelity Third Party Software, the Fidelity ASP Software and the Fidelity On-Site Software are part of the Fidelity Software.

  • ASP shall distribute the Software only in the form provided by COREL as part of an ASP Software Package and shall not alter the Software or End User License Agreement or any part thereof.

Related to ASP Software

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.
