Arrivals definition

Arrivals means 'applicants' as defined in Article 2 (1) c, as well as third- country nationals or stateless persons who have irregularly entered the territory of a Member State and have not made an application for international protection.
Arrivals and "Departures" means the number of times that an aircraft lands or takes off at an airport in revenue service.
