  • The Managing Agent entered into a service and secondment agreement with Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd (“AEIS”), whereby AEIS provides services in the form of staff and facilities to the Managing Agent.

  • It is not necessary for the Guaranteed Creditors to inquire into the capacity or powers of Arch Europe or the officers, directors, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on their behalf, and any Guaranteed Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

  • The applicant should describe and provide the following data and information: • geographic information and geospatial data used to support analyses, including appropriate description of the data formats and sources of the information; • data formats used to create figures and maps; and• description and documentation of computer modeling codes that are used to support analyses in sufficient detail to allow the NRC staff to conduct an independent evaluation.

  • Europe means the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

  • Malta means the Island of Malta, the Island of Gozo and the other islands of the Maltese Archipelago, including the territorial waters thereof;
