ARAMARK Services or the "Borrower"), and of ARAMARK Corporation (the "Parent Guarantor") and am familiar with (i) the Bridge Loan Agreement (the "Loan Agreement") dated as of November 30, 2001 among the Borrower, the Parent Guarantor, the Lenders party thereto and JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Administrative Agent, and (ii) the Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement.
