Tax Service Contract As defined in Section 3.09(a).
Contract Provider means any Person or any employee, agent or subcontractor of such Person who provides professional health care services under or pursuant to any contract with any Consolidated Party.
Service Contract means, with respect to a Financed Vehicle, the agreement, if any, financed under the related Receivable that provides for the repair of such Financed Vehicle.
Service contract holder or “contract holder” means a person who is the purchaser or holder of a service contract.

State Contract Project means any erection or construction of, or any addition to, alteration of or other improvement to any building or structure, including, but not limited to, roads or highways, or the installation of any heating or cooling or ventilating plants or other equipment, or the supply of and materials for such projects, pursuant to a contract with the State of West Virginia for which bids were solicited on or after June 6, 2001.

Eligible Ground Lease means a ground lease that (a) has a minimum remaining term of twenty-five (25) years, including tenant controlled options, as of any date of determination, (b) has customary notice rights, default cure rights, bankruptcy new lease rights and other customary provisions for the benefit of a leasehold mortgagee or has equivalent protection for a leasehold permanent mortgagee by a subordination to such leasehold permanent mortgagee of the landlord’s fee interest, and (c) is otherwise acceptable for non-recourse leasehold mortgage financing under customary prudent lending requirements. The Eligible Ground Leases as of the date of this Credit Agreement are listed on Schedule EG.
Independent educational evaluation means an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the public agency responsible for the education of the child in question.
Replacement Sub-Contractor means a sub-contractor of the Replacement Supplier to whom Transferring Supplier Employees will transfer on a Service Transfer Date (or any sub-contractor of any such sub-contractor);
Service Control Point (SCP) is the node in the common channel signaling network that accepts Queries for certain Database services. The SCP is a real time database system that receives Queries from service platforms, performs subscriber or application-specific service logic, and then sends a Response back to the Query-originating platform. Such service platforms can be Service Switching Points (SSPs) or other network nodes capable of properly formatting and launching Queries.

Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.
Medicare Levy Surcharge means an extra charge payable by high income earners beyond the standard Medicare Levy if they do not have qualifying private hospital insurance coverage. This charge is assessed as part of an individual or family’s annual tax return.
Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;
Banking Services Provider means any Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) or Affiliate of a Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) that provides Banking Services to any Credit Party.
