Approved Framework definition
Approved Framework means the Family Violence Risk Assessment and Risk Management Framework as amended from time to time approved under section 189 of the FVP Act. Associates means, in respect of a party, any officer, employee, agent, contractor, subcontractor, consultant, advisor, invitee, licensee or servant of that party to the extent that such person or entity is performing an act or a function directly related to the Licence. Child-connected work has the meaning given to it in the Ministerial Order.
