The RFP Documents or the Design-Build Proposal, with the exception of Approved Deviations, the Contract Documents shall not include any portion of the Design-Build Proposal that deviates from the Project Criteria.
Existing Improvements at the Site, for which no specific description is made in the Project Criteria or Approved Deviations, but which could be reasonably assumed to interfere with the satisfactory completion of the Work, shall be removed and disposed of by the CONTRACTOR without Contract Adjustment.
