Applicant Product definition

Applicant Product means any product of the Applicant that is submitted for the product approval and listing process set out in this Agreement;

Examples of Applicant Product in a sentence

  • Provide technical assistance with college or post-secondary education applications, enrollment processes, financial aid, scholarships, etc.

  • Upon receipt of the Application Materials for an Applicant Product and the applicable Testing Fees, MPI will test that product to determine if it meets the applicable MPI Standard.

  • For each Applicant Product that the Applicant wishes to have tested by MPI under this Agreement, the Applicant must obtain from the Web Site and complete an Intended Use Application Form, Evaluated Performance Application Form or a Detailed Performance Application Form, as applicable.

  • From time to time MPI will set the applicable fees and expenses (“Testing Fees”) for the testing and/or re-testing of each Applicant Product and, if applicable, the applicable fees and expenses (“Retesting Fees”) for any Reconsideration Request, and any appeals therefrom, relating to an Applicant Product.

  • From time to time MPI will set the applicable fees and expenses (“Testing Fees”) for the testing and/or re-testing of each Applicant Product and, if applicable, the applicable fees and expenses (“Appeal Fees”) for any Reconsideration Request, and any appeals therefrom, relating to an Applicant Product.

  • Upon an Applicant Product becoming an MPI Approved Product, that product will be eligible for listing in the MPI Approved Products List.

  • MPI will provide Applicant with reasonable notice and opportunity to bring the Applicant Product into compliance with the revised MPI Standard prior to revocation of approval.

Related to Applicant Product

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

  • Combination Product means a product (a) containing a Licensed Product together with one or more other active ingredients, or (b) with one or more products, devices, pieces of equipment or components, but sold for an integrated price (e.g., with the purchase of one product the customer gets a coupon for the other) or for a single price.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation, ingestion, or absorption; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.
