Annual average flow definition

Annual average flow means the annual mean flow rate of a stream at a specific point as published or verified by the U. S. Geological Survey (USGS) or an estimated annual mean flow rate extrapolated from published or verified USGS data.

  • Final Average Earnings means (a) divided by (b) as follows:
