The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 20 equal consecutive semi-annual instalments of $4,250,000 each and by a balloon instalment of $71,800,000 (the “Balloon Instalment”) Provided that if the amount of the Loan drawndown hereunder is less than $156,800,000, each of the repayment instalments and the Balloon Instalment shall be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn balance.
