Common use of Amount of repayment instalments Clause in Contracts

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrowers shall repay each Tranche by 40 equal consecutive quarterly instalments of $625,000 each together with a balloon instalment equal to the outstanding balance of that Tranche.

Amount of repayment instalments. (a) The Borrowers shall repay each Tranche by 40 equal twenty consecutive quarterly instalments repayment instalments, in an amount of $625,000 each together 300,000 each, with the remainder of the Tranche then outstanding payable as a balloon instalment equal to on the outstanding balance of that TrancheMaturity Date.

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrowers shall repay each Tranche by 40 20 equal consecutive quarterly instalments of $625,000 1,562,500 each together with and by a final balloon instalment equal to (a "Balloon Instalment") of $68,750,000 Provided that if the outstanding balance amount of either Tranche drawn down hereunder is less than $100,000,000 each of the said repayment instalments (including the relevant Balloon Instalment) in respect of that TrancheTranche shall be reduced pro rata.

The Borrowers Borrower shall repay each Tranche by 40 8 equal consecutive quarterly instalments of $625,000 412,500 each together with followed by equal consecutive quarterly instalments of $282,500 up to the Maturity Date whereupon the remainder of the Tranche then outstanding shall be repaid as a balloon instalment. If less than the maximum amount of a Tranche is advanced, each repayment instalment for that Tranche, excluding the balloon instalment, shall be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the outstanding balance of that Trancheundrawn amount.

The Borrowers shall repay each Tranche by 40 forty (40) equal consecutive quarterly instalments of Five hundred and six thousand seven hundred and fifty Dollars ($625,000 506,750) each together with and by a balloon instalment equal to the outstanding balance payment of that Tranchefourteen million seven hundred and thirty thousand Dollars ($14,730,000).
