Common use of Amount of repayment instalments Clause in Contracts

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower shall repay each Advance by 40 consecutive quarterly instalments of $400,000 each and a balloon instalment (the "Balloon Instalment") of $8,000,000).

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower Borrowers shall repay each Advance Tranche by 40 forty (40) equal consecutive quarterly instalments of Five hundred and six thousand seven hundred and fifty Dollars ($400,000 506,750) each and by a balloon instalment payment of fourteen million seven hundred and thirty thousand Dollars (the "Balloon Instalment") of $8,000,00014,730,000).

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower Borrowers shall repay each Advance the Loan by 40 twelve (12) consecutive quarterly instalments instalments, each of which shall be in the amount of Four hundred and sixty thousand Dollars ($400,000 each 460,000) and by a balloon instalment payment of Eight million nine hundred and eighty thousand Dollars (the "Balloon Instalment") of $8,000,0008,980,000).

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by twenty eight (28) consecutive equal quarterly instalments, each Advance of which shall be in the amount of two hundred and thirty five thousand Dollars (US$235,000) followed by 40 consecutive quarterly instalments of $400,000 each and a balloon instalment payment of eight million four hundred twenty thousand Dollars (the "Balloon Instalment") of $8,000,000US$8,420,000).

The Borrower Borrowers shall repay the maximum amount of each Advance by 40 twenty four (24) consecutive equal quarterly instalments instalments, each being in the amount of two hundred fifty thousand Dollars ($400,000 each and 250,000), followed by a balloon instalment payment of five million Dollars ($5,000,000) (the "“Balloon Instalment") of $8,000,000”).

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Maximum Facility Amount by twenty four (24) consecutive equal quarterly instalments, each Advance being in the amount of two hundred fifty thousand Dollars ($250,000), followed by 40 consecutive quarterly instalments of $400,000 each and a balloon instalment payment of four million five hundred thousand Dollars ($4,500,000) (the "“Balloon Instalment") of $8,000,000”).
