Amortized Group II Subordinated Amount Requirement. As of any Distribution Date, the product of (i) 1.75% and (ii) the aggregate outstanding Group II Certificate Principal Balance immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
Amortized Group II Subordinated Amount Requirement. As of any date of determination, the product of (i) 5.70% and (ii) the aggregate outstanding Group II Pool Principal Balance as of the close of business on the last day of the related Due Period immediately preceding such date and as of any date of determination after the end of the Funding Period, the amount specified by the Certificate Insurer in an Insurer Subsequent Mortgage Loan Certificate delivered by the Certificate Insurer to the Trustee after the Funding Period pursuant to Section 2.08 of this Agreement and Section 5.07 of the Insurance Agreement.

  • Group II Subordinate Percentage For any Distribution Date, the excess of 100% over the Group II Senior Percentage for such date.

  • Required Subordinated Amount means, as of a date, the sum of:

  • Group I Subordinate Percentage For any Distribution Date, the excess of 100% over the Group I Senior Percentage for such date.

  • Original Subordinated Percentage The Subordinated Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.07.

  • Class Subordination Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and each Class of Subordinated Certificates, the quotient (expressed as a percentage) of (a) the Class Certificate Balance of such Class of Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date divided by (b) the aggregate of the Class Certificate Balances immediately prior to such Distribution Date of all Classes of Certificates.

  • Available Subordinated Amount means (a) for the first Determination Date after the Closing Date, an amount equal to the Required Subordinated Amount for the first Determination Date and (b) for any later Determination Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Required Subordinated Amount for that Determination Date and (ii) an amount equal to:

  • Unencumbered Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for the Class B(2020-2) Notes, an amount equal to the product of

  • Encumbered Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for the Class C(2020-5) Notes, the product of

  • Class B Required Amount shall have the meaning set forth in subsection 4.04(b).

  • Required Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, (a) prior to the Stepdown Date, an amount equal to 1.80% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date, (b) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is not in effect, the greater of (i) an amount equal to 3.60% of the aggregate outstanding Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans after giving effect to distributions made on that Distribution Date and (ii) the Overcollateralization Floor and (c) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is in effect, an amount equal to the Required Overcollateralization Amount from the immediately preceding Distribution Date.   • Aggregate Subordinated Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is equal to the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Subordinated Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all the Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments received in the Prepayment Period related to that prior Due Date).

  • Specified Overcollateralization Amount means for any Distribution Date, the greater of:

  • Aggregate Subordinate Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the aggregate of the Class Certificate Principal Balances of the Classes of Subordinate Certificates and the denominator of which is the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date.

  • Excess Overcollateralized Amount With respect to the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates and any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (i) the Overcollateralized Amount for such Distribution Date (calculated for this purpose only after assuming that 100% of the Principal Remittance Amount on such Distribution Date has been distributed) over (ii) the Overcollateralization Target Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Excess Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the Overcollateralization Amount on such Distribution Date over (b) the Required Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Class C Required Amount means with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess of the amount described in Section 4.4(a)(v) over Available Finance Charge Collections applied to pay such amount pursuant to Section 4.4(a).

  • Target Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, 3.00% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Target Overcollateralization Amount shall not exceed the Adjusted Pool Balance on such Payment Date.
