Allocable Portion of Maximum Net Investment definition

Allocable Portion of Maximum Net Investment means, with respect to each Alternate Investor, the dollar amount set forth opposite such Alternate Investor’s name on Schedule A hereto under the heading “Allocable Portion of Maximum Net Investment”.

Related to Allocable Portion of Maximum Net Investment

  • Reduction Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b)(viii).

  • Allocable Amount has the meaning specified in Section 10.21(d).

  • Allocable Share means Allocable Share as that term is defined in the Master Settlement Agreement.

  • Aggregate Net Losses means, with respect to a Collection Period, an amount equal to the aggregate Principal Balance of all Receivables that became Defaulted Receivables during such Collection Period minus all Net Liquidation Proceeds collected during such Collection Period with respect to all Defaulted Receivables.

  • Excess Cash Flow Percentage 50%; provided that the Excess Cash Flow Percentage shall be reduced to (a) 25% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 3.75 to 1.00 and (b) to 0% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 2.25 to 1.00.

  • Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Invested Amount less the Principal Funding Account Balance on such date of determination.

  • FX Reduction Amount is defined in Section 2.1.3.

  • Available Balance means, in relation to any Account, the aggregate of:

  • Net Investment means (i) as it relates to the Stockholders, the total amount of Gross Proceeds raised in all Offerings; and (ii) as it relates to the Limited Partners (other than the General Partner in its capacity as a Limited Partner) the total amount of Capital Contributions.
