ALFs refers to Allianz Life Financial Services, LLC; and “we” or “us” refers to the Allianz parties collectively. Allianz Life and Allianz Life of NY issue variable annuity and/or variable life insurance contracts (“Contracts”) through their separate accounts, which invest in Shares; ALFS is a registered broker-dealer and the principal underwriter of the Contracts.
