Examples of BrowZine® Software in a sentence

  • Third Iron shall have no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the Content nor for any damages sustained by the Library or any of its Authorized Users from any use of the Content accessed by means of the BrowZine® Software.

  • Library represents and warrants that it owns or otherwise has all rights in and to the Library Content as necessary or appropriate to (i) allow BZ DISC to perform the Services, and (ii) allow the Library’s Authorized Users to access and use the Library Content by means of the BrowZine® Software.

  • Library represents and warrants that it owns or otherwise has all rights in and to the Library Content as necessary or appropriate to (i) allow Third Iron to perform the Services, and (ii) allow the Library’s Authorized Users to access and use the Library Content by means of the BrowZine® Software.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, neither BZ DISC nor any of its licensors warrants that the use of the Services or the BrowZine® Software will be uninterrupted or error-free or makes any warranty as to the availability of the Services, the accuracy, timeliness, correctness, reliability, currency or completeness of the Content, or the results of any use of the Services.

  • By means of the Services provided by Third Iron hereunder, the BrowZine® Software will work within the Library’s credentialing systems (such as EZ Proxy, Shibboleth, IP, username/password, etc.) to ensure that only Authorized Users have access to the Content.

  • Subject to the limited rights expressly granted hereunder, Third Iron reserves all right, title and interest in and to the Services and the BrowZine® Software, including all intellectual property rights related thereto.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, neither Third Iron nor any of its licensors warrants that the use of the Services or the BrowZine® Software will be uninterrupted or error-free or makes any warranty as to the availability of the Services, the accuracy, timeliness, correctness, reliability, currency or completeness of the Content, or the results of any use of the Services.

  • During the term of this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, BZ DISC agrees to (i) provide the Services to help Library manage Authorized Users’ access to the Content, and (ii) make the BrowZine® Software available to the Library’s Authorized Users through the Apple Store, the World Wide Web, and other similar distribution services or means.

  • The Library shall only make the Content available to its Authorized Users in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations and the Library shall not (i) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, (ii) engage in any act that would violate (or cause BZ DISC to violate) copyright laws or the terms of its agreements with its content providers, or (iii) modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the BrowZine® Software.

  • The Library shall only make the Content available to its Authorized Users in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations and the Library shall not (i) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, (ii) engage in any act that would violate (or cause Third Iron to violate) copyright laws or the terms of its agreements with its content providers, or (iii) modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the BrowZine® Software.

Related to BrowZine® Software

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean ▇▇▇▇▇. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;
