Administrative Expense Claims Bar Date definition

Administrative Expense Claims Bar Date means the deadline for filing requests for payment of Administrative Expense Claims, which: (a) with respect to General Administrative Expense Claims shall be thirty (30) days after the Effective Date; and (b) with respect to Professional Fee Claims, shall be forty-five (45) days after the Effective Date.
Administrative Expense Claims Bar Date means the first Business Day that is 30 days following the Effective Date, except as otherwise specifically set forth in the Plan.
