From and after the First Amendment Effective Date, by execution of this Amendment, each Person identified on the signature pages hereto as an Additional Tranche B Lender hereby acknowledges, agrees and confirms that, by its execution of this Amendment, such Person will be deemed to be a party to the Amended Credit Agreement and a “Lender” for all purposes of the Amended Credit Agreement, and shall have all of the obligations of a Lender thereunder as if it had executed the Amended Credit Agreement.
