Additional Policy Advance definition

Additional Policy Advance means an Advance other than the Initial Advance pursuant to which Additional Policies are pledged to the Administrative Agent under the Loan Agreement.

Additional Policy Advance means (a) an Advance other than the Initial Advance pursuant to which Additional Policies are pledged to the Administrative Agent under the Loan Agreement, including, without limitation, the Advance that was made on the Amended and Restated Closing Date, the Second A&R Advance and the Third A&R Advance and (b) the Fourth A&R Advance. For purposes of clarification, no Additional Policies are being pledged to the Administrative Agent in connection with the Fourth A&R Advance.

  • Emergency Advance Any Property Advance that, pursuant hereto, the Special Servicer is required to either (a) make (in its sole discretion in accordance with the Servicing Standard) or (b) to request the Master Servicer to make, that must be made in an emergency situation or on an urgent basis within two (2) Business Days of the Special Servicer becoming aware that it must be made in order to avoid any material penalty, any material harm to a Mortgaged Property securing a Mortgage Loan or any other material adverse consequence to the Trust Fund or any related Companion Loan Holder.

  • Subservicer Advance Any delinquent installment of principal and interest on a Mortgage Loan which is advanced by the related Subservicer (net of its Subservicing Fee) pursuant to the Subservicing Agreement.

  • Shared-Loss Loan Commitment Advance means an advance pursuant to a Shared-Loss Loan Commitment with respect to which the Assuming Institution has not made a Permitted Advance.

  • Non-Recoverable Advance Any portion of an Advance previously made or proposed to be made by the Servicer that, in the good faith judgment of the Servicer, will not or, in the case of a current delinquency, would not, be ultimately recoverable by the Servicer from the related Mortgagor, related Liquidation Proceeds or otherwise with respect to the related Mortgage Loan.

  • Master Servicer Advance Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Final Advance means an Advance made pursuant to Section 2.02(d).
