ADDITIONAL LOCKBOX BANK means Fort Wayne National Bank, in its
ADDITIONAL LOCKBOX BANK means Fort Wayn▇ ▇▇▇ional Bank, in its capacity as Additional Lockbox Bank under the applicable Lockbox Agreement, and any replacements and successors designated pursuant to the terms of such Lockbox Agreement, approved in writing by the Trustee and the Determining Noteholders, and acceptable to the Rating Agencies.
ADDITIONAL LOCKBOX BANK has the meaning assigned in Section 3.4.

Related to ADDITIONAL LOCKBOX BANK

  • Lockbox Bank means a depository institution named by the Servicer and acceptable to the Controlling Party.

  • Lockbox Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.1 hereof.

  • Lockbox Account Agreement means any replacement agreement therefor among the Servicer, the Trust Collateral Agent and the Lockbox Bank.

  • Lockbox Accounts means the accounts maintained by Borrower at the Lockbox Banks into which all collections or payments on their Accounts and other Collateral are paid.

  • Lock-Box Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Lock-Box Accounts.
