Additional IP Holder definition

Additional IP Holder means any entity that after the Closing Date is designated as an “Additional IP Holder” pursuant to Section 8.34 of the Base Indenture.
Additional IP Holder means any Additional Securitization Entity that, after the Closing Date, is designated as an “Additional IP Holder” pursuant to Section 8.34 of the Base Indenture.
