Additional Holder definition
Additional Holder shall have the meaning given in Section 5.10.
Additional Holder has the meaning set forth in Section 9, and shall be deemed to include each such Person’s Affiliates, immediate family members, heirs, successors and assigns who may succeed to such Person as a Holder hereunder.

Examples of Additional Holder in a sentence
Upon the execution and delivery of a Joinder by such Additional Holder, the Class A Common Stock of the Company acquired by such Additional Holder or issuable upon redemption or exchange of Common Units acquired by such Additional Holder (the “Acquired Common”) shall be Registrable Securities to the extent provided herein, such Additional Holder shall be a Holder under this Agreement with respect to the Acquired Common, and the Company shall notify the parties to this Agreement as such.
