ADA Improvements definition

ADA Improvements means those certain capital improvements included in the City’s ADA Transition Plan and its approved capital improvement budget, that are identified in Exhibit D hereto.

ADA Improvements means Improvements developed during the term of the Project and funded jointly by the parties hereunder, made to technology in the ADA Field, which cannot be practiced without using or infringing on ADA Contributed Technology.

Examples of ADA Improvements in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding that the actual cost of designing and installing the ADA Improvements and/or the HVAC Improvements may exceed the $47,500 or $75,000 amounts specified above, Landlord shall have no obligation to provide any additional funds for such excess costs or any other improvements related thereto or to otherwise make any improvements or modifications required under laws related to access for disabled persons or the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system.

  • The Consultant is retained by the City to perform professional services in connection with the project designated as the Sierra Street Pavement and ADA Improvements.
