Actual Energy Savings definition

Actual Energy Savings means the actual energy savings based on the actual energy consumptions derived from the utility bills before and after the Upgrading or Retrofitting Works.

  • Energy Settlement Area means the bus or distribution of busses that represents the physical location of Network Load and by which the obligations of the Network Customer to PJM are settled. Energy Storage Resource:

  • Renewable Energy Credits means a certificate, credit, allowance, green tag, or other transferable indicia, howsoever entitled, allocated, assigned or otherwise awarded or certified by any Governmental Authority, program administrator, certification board or similar entity in connection with the production or generation of each MWh of energy from the Project.
