ACT Software definition

ACT Software means the computer software programs included in the ACT Product, in Object Code form, as well as any enhancements, new releases, updates or modifications thereto, in Object Code form, which ACT provides to NetSpeak under this Agreement.
ACT Software means the computer software programs specified in Exhibit A and licensed by ACT hereunder.

  • The Parties stipulate that the Services and the ACT Software and the Third Party Software and all intellectual property rights associated with those items shall constitute Trade Secrets of ACT and its licensors.

  • Customer shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: (i) sublicense, resell, lease, transfer or assign to any third party the Services or any associated software owned by ACT ("ACT Software") or associated software owned by a third party ("Third Party Software"); (ii) duplicate, modify or make derivative works of any ACT Software or Third Party Software; or (iii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or translate any ACT Software or Third Party Software.

  • Customer has no rights to the source code of the ACT Software or Third Party Software.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean ▇▇▇▇▇. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.
