Accordion Increase Confirmation definition

Accordion Increase Confirmation means a confirmation substantially in the form set out in Schedule 14 (Form of Accordion Increase Confirmation).

  • Incremental Revolving Increase has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).

  • Incremental Commitment means an Incremental Term Loan Commitment or an Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment.
