Accommodating Customer definition

Accommodating Customer means each of the Major Customers and any other customer of BWASI who provides credit accommodations by executing a Collateral Enhancement Agreementcredit enhancement agreement in form and substance satisfactory to Citizens Bank, and shall initially include Ford, and thereafter, such customers who meet the Production Contingencies, as defined below in its reasonable discretion.
