Acceptable Alternative definition

Acceptable Alternative means a Vendor-proposed option that DIS considers satisfactory in meeting a Mandatory requirement. DIS, at its sole discretion, will determine if the proposed alternative meets the intent of the original Mandatory requirement.
Acceptable Alternative means a Vendor-proposed option that WSDOT considers satisfactory in meeting a Mandatory requirement. WSDOT, at its sole discretion, will determine if the proposed alternative meets the intent of the original Mandatory requirement.
