Acadian means Acadian Gas Corporation, a Nevada corporation. ACTIVATION - shall mean, with respect to any Subsidiary of the Borrower, the transformation of such entity from a passive legal entity existing for a purpose such as holding a royalty or similar interest and receiving payments thereunder to an entity engaged in business or commercial activities of any type or otherwise engaged in activities other than the holding of such interest and the receipt of payments thereunder.
