Index TSR Percentage means the compounded annual growth rate, expressed as a percentage (rounded to the nearest tenth of a percent (0.1%)), of each of the Index Companies during the Performance Period, calculated in a manner consistent with Section 3(b) above from publicly available information.

Index TSR Percentage means the total growth rate, expressed as a percentage and assuming dividends are reinvested in Common Stock on the ex-dividend date (at a price equal to the closing price of the Common Stock on the applicable ex-dividend date), of each of the Index Companies during the Performance Period, calculated in a manner consistent with Section 1(b) above from publicly available information.

  • As soon as reasonably practicable following the completion of the Performance Period, the Administrator shall determine the Company TSR Percentage, the MSCI Index TSR Percentage, the MSCI Index Relative Performance, the Performance Vesting Percentage, the number of Class D Units granted hereby that have become Performance Vested Base Units, the number of Distribution Equivalent Units and the number of Performance Vested Units, in each case as of the completion of the Performance Period.

  • Target Percentage means those percentages assigned to Participants pursuant to Section 3.2 hereof.
