Adjustment Percentage definition

Adjustment Percentage means, with respect to any Loan, the quotient (expressed as a decimal) of the Loan Value for such Loan divided by the Cut-Off Date Unpaid Principal Balance of such Loan.
Adjustment Percentage means, with respect to any Asset, the quotient (expressed as a decimal) of the Private Owner Interest Asset Value for such Asset divided by the Cut-Off Date Unpaid Principal Balance of such Asset.
