1st Line Support definition

1st Line Support means the support services with an issue tracking service supplied by the Supplier to the Customer account team as agreed during implementation shall be governed by Schedules 1 and 3 and include 1.1.12.1 any system configurable details available to the Customer and as outlined in the implementation pack 1.1.12.2 issues relating to problems with Confidential Data as supplied or changed by the Customer and 1.1.12.3 enquiries resulting from changes made by the Customer which have caused a problem for the Customer

Examples of 1st Line Support in a sentence

  • Active and timely involvement of the Customer is considered essential in order for Us to meet Service Level for Response on 1st Line Support successfully and in time.

  • The Reseller shall provide full details of their own investigation and technical support activities with respect to the 1st Line Support of their Customer when raising a new notification to Vuzion.

  • Partner will be required to provide 3rd Line, 2nd Line, and 1st Line Support.

Related to 1st Line Support

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Basic life support means the following:

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Advanced life support means special services designed to provide definitive prehospital emergency medical care, including, but not limited to, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, cardiac monitoring, cardiac defibrillation, advanced airway management, intravenous therapy, administration of specified drugs and other medicinal preparations, and other specified techniques and procedures administered by authorized personnel under the direct supervision of a base hospital as part of a local EMS system at the scene of an emergency, during transport to an acute care hospital, during interfacility transfer, and while in the emergency department of an acute care hospital until responsibility is assumed by the emergency or other medical staff of that hospital.   • Level 3 Support means, with the use of backup engineering and technical support staff, isolating Defects and developing Defect corrections including, without limitation, Upgrades.
