Common use of Security Clause in Contracts

Security. The user is solely responsible for the avoidance of security problems with regard to his systems and data, including products on his systems. The user shall, with all economically reasonable effort, exclude malware, viruses, spyware, and trojans. Claims for damages asserted against ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ arising or partially arising from security problems are excluded.
