The protection of the customers' privacy is very important to MESSE ESSEN GmbH which collects and processes personal data in compliance with the applicable rules relating to data protection law, particularly the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Dies erfolgt ebenso für die Zusendung veranstaltungsbegleitender Angebote, zur Information vor und nach der Veranstaltung, für veranstaltungsbezogene Zusendungen von Werbung und zur Übermittlung und Aktualisierung unserer Ausstellerbestände im In- und Ausland. Der Vertragspartner hat jederzeit das Recht auf Auskunft über die bezüg- lich seiner Person verarbeiteten personenbezogenen Daten (Art. 15 DS- GVO), das Recht auf Berichtigung unrichtiger Daten (Art. 16 DS-GVO), das Recht auf Löschung der personenbezogenen Daten (Art. 17 DS- GVO), das Recht auf Einschränkung der Datenverarbeitung (Art. 18 DS- GVO), das Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20 DS-GVO) und das Recht auf Beschwerde an die Aufsichtsbehörde in datenschutzrechtlichen Angelegenheiten (Art. 77 DS-GVO).
