Notice. 1. Unless otherwise agreed, the contractual relationship can be terminated by the client at any time.
2. The retainer can be terminated by the partnership with one month's notice at the end of the month.
3. If the lawyer dealing with the mandate leaves the partnership, the client determines whether the mandate stays with the partnership. Additional costs will not arise in this case.
Notice. (a) Under Rule 36(4) EPC an extra copy of the document designating the inventor(s) must be filed for each inventor not also being an applicant.
(b) The European Patent Office will notify to each inventor a copy of the document designating the inventor together with the data men- tioned in Article 128, paragraph 5 EPC (cf. Rule 17(3) EPC).
Notice. In case of multiple violations of the rental conditions, the landlord can cancel the rental agreement unilaterally and the guest has to leave the apartment immediately. In this case there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price.
Notice. 12.1. Either party may terminate an order for good cause without notice.
12.2. Good cause exists if one party can no longer reasonably be expected to adhere to a contractual relationship, taking into account the circumstances of the individual case and mutual interests, in particular if circumstances exist in the form of the other party that give rise to the expectation that the latter will no longer be able to fulfil its contractual obligations in the long term. In particular, good cause also exists in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the opening of insolvency proceedings or their rejection due to lack of assets, or the opening of composition proceedings with one of the parties.
