THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 3rd day of September, 2015, by and between TCG Financial Series Trust III (the “Trust”), on behalf of the TCG Liquid Assets Government Money Market Fund (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and the investment adviser of the Fund, Catalyst Capital Advisors, LLC (the “Adviser”).
