THIS TRUST AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of September 27, 2024, by and between Bitwise Investment Advisers, LLC, as depositor (the “Depositor”), and CSC DELAWARE TRUST COMPANY, as trustee (the “Trustee”). The parties hereto hereby agree as follows:

This Agreement is by and between Bitwise Investment Advisers, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in its capacity as sponsor to certain exchange-traded products (the “Sponsor”), for and on behalf of each applicable entity identified in Exhibit B hereto, severally and not jointly (each, a “Trust”) and Foreside Fund Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“ACA Foreside”).
