The Landlord has leased to the Tenant the Landlord’s premises at 6 Napier Road #03-07 Gleneagles Medical Centre Singapore 258499 (Demised Premises) pursuant to a Tenancy Agreement dated 30 June 2022 for a period between 01 July 2022 to 30 June 2024 (Existing Tenancy Agreement).
