Прямые убытки Покупателя. Если Покупатель прекращает настоящее Соглашение в соответствии с Разделами 10.2.2.1, 10.2.2.2, 10.2.2.3, 10.2.3 или 11, Продавец должен в течение тридцати (30) календарных дней с даты получения действующего уведомления о прекращении от Покупателя, уплатить Покупателю все прямые убытки, возникшие из-за нарушения Продавца; при условии, однако, что если Покупатель нарушил настоящее Соглашение на дату прекращения Соглашения, Продавец не должен платить сумму прямых убытков Покупателя, равную прямым убыткам Продавца, возникшим из-за нарушения Покупателем условий Соглашения. 10.5.

  • Payment for Unused Sick Leave a. An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.

  • Accumulation of Sick Leave The unused portion of an Employee's sick leave shall accrue for her future benefit, up to a maximum of one hundred and thirty (130) days.

  • Verification of Sick Leave 1. An employee who shall be absent on sick leave for three (3) or more consecutive working days shall be required to submit acceptable medical evidence substantiating the illness.

  • Donation of Sick Leave The District shall allow unit members to donate sick leave to individual employees who have suffered long-term disabilities or illnesses. Donating unit members shall retain a thirty (30) day balance of sick leave after their donation and may donate no more than twenty-five (25) days of sick leave per year. The donation form is Appendix I. Part-time faculty may receive sick leave donations from any employee, and may donate accumulated sick leave to other part-time faculty following the same requirements as outlined above. Part-time faculty may not donate sick leave to full- time employees.

  • Pallbearer Leave One-half (½) day leave without loss of pay may be granted to an employee to attend a funeral as a pallbearer plus travelling time if necessary. Total leave is not to exceed one (1) day without loss of pay.

  • SICK LEAVE (Continued 15.8 Sick leave not to exceed forty (40) hours may be utilized by employees for the birth or adoption of the employee’s child or a child regularly residing in the employee’s immediate household. The leave must be consecutive and taken within six (6) months of the birth or adoption.

  • Sick Leave Accumulation a. All unused days of sick leave at full pay for all employees, shall accumulate to a maximum of two hundred ten (210) days. Such sick leave benefits so accrued will be usable after the annual full days allowed, and prior to any half pay benefits.

  • Vacation Accumulation (a) Vacations are not cumulative from year to year.

  • Payment for leave (a) Payment will be made based on the number of ordinary hours the Employee would have worked on the day or days on which the leave was taken.

  • Paydays (a) Employees shall be paid biweekly (Fridays).
