Общее обязательство по сохранению конфиденциальности. Продавец сохраняет конфиденциальность: (a) в отношении любого другого материального или нематериального имущества, предоставленного Покупателем в связи с этим Заказом, включая любые чертежи, спецификации, данные, товары и/или информацию; (b) в отношении технической, технологической, служебной или экономической информации, полученной из чертежей или 3D или других моделей, принадлежащих или предоставленных Покупателем; (c) в отношении любого другого материального или нематериального имущества, предоставленного Покупателем в связи с этим Заказом, включая любые чертежи, технические характеристики, данные, товары и/или информацию («Конфиденциальная Информация») и не разглашает, прямо или косвенно, Конфиденциальную Информацию в пользу любой другой стороны без предварительного письменного согласия Покупателя. Конфиденциальная Информация включает в себя также любые заметки, информационные сводки, отчеты, анализы или другие материалы, полученные Продавцом полностью или частично из Конфиденциальной Информации в любой поддерживаемой форме (совместно именуемые «Заметки»). За исключением случаев, когда это требуется для эффективного выполнения данного Заказа, Продавец не использует или не разрешает делать копии Конфиденциальной Информации без предварительного письменного согласия Покупателя. Если такое воспроизведение производится с предварительного письменного согласия, на него должно быть предоставлено уведомление со ссылкой на вышеуказанные требования.
