Zoning Letters. Sellers shall, at the request of Buyer, reasonably cooperate with Buyer in attempting to obtain building code and zoning code compliance letters stating that each parcel of Owned Real Estate complies with the building and zoning codes applicable thereto and otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer from the Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction over such matters.
