ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND RELATED ACTIVITIES. The requirements and terms of the City of Houston’s Zero Tolerance Policy for Human Trafficking and Related Activities, as set forth in Executive Order 1-56, as revised from time to time, are incorporated into this Agreement for all purposes. Vendor has reviewed Executive Order 1-56, as revised, and shall comply with its terms and conditions as they are set out at the time of the Effective Date. Vendor shall notify the CPO, City Attorney, and the Director of any information regarding possible violation by Vendor or its subcontractors providing services or goods under this Agreement within 7 days of Vendor becoming aware of or having a reasonable belief that such violations may have occurred, have occurred, or are reasonably likely to occur.
