Common use of Your Termination Rights Clause in Contracts

Your Termination Rights. You may terminate the Agreement by providing SolarWinds Worldwide with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of Your intention to terminate the Agreement. The thirty (30) day termination period will commence on the first day of the full calendar month after receipt of the termination notice. During the Initial Term, fees charged during the thirty (30) day notification period will be based upon the list price of the monthly contract value. During any Term, an early termination fee, based upon the list price of the monthly contract value, will also be applied to the final invoice and due upon receipt.

Your Termination Rights. You may terminate the Agreement by providing SolarWinds Worldwide with at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of Your intention to terminate the Agreement. The termination notice shall be effective on the last day of the then-current Term. You may also terminate for cause if SolarWinds remains in material breach that remains uncured at least thirty (30) day termination period will commence on the first day days after you have provided written notice of the full calendar month after receipt of the termination notice. During the Initial Term, fees charged during the thirty (30) day notification period will be based upon the list price of the monthly contract value. During any Term, an early termination fee, based upon the list price of the monthly contract value, will also be applied to the final invoice and due upon receiptsuch breach.
