Your Termination Rights. You may terminate the Agreement by providing SolarWinds Worldwide with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of Your intention to terminate the Agreement. The thirty (30) day termination period will commence on the first day of the full calendar month after receipt of the termination notice. During the Initial Term, fees charged during the thirty (30) day notification period will be based upon the list price of the monthly contract value. If you terminate the NissanConnect Apps Services before the end of the Initial Service Period or Renewal Service Period as the case may be, you will not be reimbursed, and in case you choose to re-activate the NissanConnect Apps Services later, you will be charged the full price, if applicable, corresponding to a full Renewal Service Period.
